Ingredients:
- Fish Fillet (Boneless)
- Lemon Juice
- Fresh Coriander
- Green / Red Chilli
- Ginger Paste
- Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala or Fish Curry Masala
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut boneless fish fillet into small pieces or chunks
- In a mixing bowl, marinate fish with salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin + coriander powder, ginger paste and lemon juice
- Add chopped red / green chilli and fresh coriander
- Add garam masala or fish masala for additional taste
- Mix well
- In frying pan, add 2 spoons of cooking oil
- Add marinated fish pieces
- Add water just enough to cook fish
- Cover with lid and cook fish for 5-10 mins on low flame
- Serve hot with some freshly chopped coriander
