Fish Chilli


  • Fish Fillet (Boneless)
  • Lemon Juice
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Green / Red Chilli
  • Ginger Paste
  • Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder, Garam Masala or Fish Curry Masala

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cut boneless fish fillet into small pieces or chunks
  2. In a mixing bowl, marinate fish with salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin + coriander powder, ginger paste and lemon juice
  3. Add chopped red / green chilli and fresh coriander
  4. Add garam masala or fish masala for additional taste
  5. Mix well
  6. In frying pan, add 2 spoons of cooking oil
  7. Add marinated fish pieces
  8. Add water just enough to cook fish
  9. Cover with lid and cook fish for 5-10 mins on low flame
  10. Serve hot with some freshly chopped coriander
