Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken
- Onion
- Capsicum (Green Pepper)
- Cabbage
- Green / Red Chilli
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Corn Starch
- Egg
- Cooking Oil
- Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder
- Sauces: Chilli Sauce, Soy Sauce, Vinegar
- Optional: Spring Onion, Sesame Seeds
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut boneless chicken into long, slender finger-size pieces
- In a mixing bowl, add chicken, 1 egg and 1-2 spoons of corn starch
- Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, ginger garlic paste
- Mix well
- Set chicken aside to marinate for 15-20 mins
- Slice and dice onions, capsicum, cabbage, green / red chilli
- In frying pan, deep fry marinated chicken fingers till golden brown
- Soak excess oil with tissue paper
- In sauce pan, add 2 spoons of cooking oil
- Add vegetables: onions, capsicum, cabbage, green / red chilli
- Add ginger garlic paste
- Add soy sauce, chilli sauce, vinegar
- Mix well
- Add fried chicken pieces
- Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder as per taste
- Optionally, add chopped spring onion and sesame seeds if available for extra flavor
- Mix well
- Serve hot
