Club Sandwich


  • Bread Slices (Wheat or White)
  • Cucumber
  • Tomato
  • Cheese
  • Boiled Potato
  • Fresh Mint Leaves (Pudina)
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Ginger
  • Curd
  • Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin (Jira) Powder

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In mixer, add fresh mint leaves, fresh coriander, cumin, salt, curd and ginger
  2. Add little water
  3. Grind the mixture well to make mint chutney or paste
  4. Slice onions and tomatoes
  5. Sprinkle onion / tomato slices with salt, black pepper and red chilli powder for taste
  6. Slice boiled potato
  7. Sprinkle potato slices with salt, red chilli powder and black pepper
  8. Take out 3 bread slices
  9. Spread cheese and pudina chutney on 2 slices, followed by a layer of onion, tomato and boiled potato slices
  10. Stack bread slices on top of one another, so that the empty slice is put on the top
  11. Press gently
  12. Cut the sandwich stack either diagonally or horizontally into 2 pieces
  13. Stick toothpick to hold the ingredients together

4. Boiled Potato Slices sprinkled with Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder

5. Preparing Bread Slices

6. Spreading Cheese and Mint Chutney on 2 Slices

7. Adding a layer of Onion, Tomato and Boiled Potato Slices

8. Stacking up bread slices on top of one another

Final Dish:
