Ingredients:
- Puri
- Green Peas
- Onion
- Tomato
- Fresh Coriander
- Green Chilli
- Ginger Paste
- Fresh Mint Leaves (Pudina)
- Shev Bhujia (or Namkeen)
- Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Chaat Masala
Cooking Instructions:
- In pressure cooker, cook green peas with salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger paste and fresh coriander, to make peas curry
- In a mixing bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes and fresh coriander
- Add salt, red chilli powder and mix well to make onion + tomato salad
- In mixer, add fresh coriander, green chilli, fresh mint leaves (pudina), salt, ginger and chaat masala
- Add some water and grind well to make green chutney
- In a serving plate or bowl, crush puris into large chunks
- Spread peas curry, green chutney, onion + tomato salad and optionally curd if available
- Garnish with shev bhujia and chopped coriander (cilantro)
