Shev Batata Puri

Ingredients:

  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Puri
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Green Chilli
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Shev Bhujia or Namkeen
  • Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Chaat Masala

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mash boiled potatoes
  2. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder
  3. Add freshly chopped coriander and ginger garlic paste
  4. Mix well
  5. In a mixer, add fresh coriander, green chilli, salt, ginger, chaat masala
  6. Grind well to make green chutney
  7. In a mixing bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes and fresh coriander
  8. Add salt, red chilli powder and mix well to make onion + tomato salad
  9. Break puris by putting hole in the center
  10. Fill puris with mashed potato mixture, green chutney, onion + tomato salad
  11. Garnish with shev bhujia, fresh coriander and some green chutney on top
