Ingredients:
- Boiled Potatoes
- Puri
- Fresh Coriander
- Green Chilli
- Onion
- Tomato
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Shev Bhujia or Namkeen
- Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Chaat Masala
Cooking Instructions:
- Mash boiled potatoes
- Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, cumin and coriander powder
- Add freshly chopped coriander and ginger garlic paste
- Mix well
- In a mixer, add fresh coriander, green chilli, salt, ginger, chaat masala
- Grind well to make green chutney
- In a mixing bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes and fresh coriander
- Add salt, red chilli powder and mix well to make onion + tomato salad
- Break puris by putting hole in the center
- Fill puris with mashed potato mixture, green chutney, onion + tomato salad
- Garnish with shev bhujia, fresh coriander and some green chutney on top
