  • Boiled Potatoes
  • Green Peas
  • Onion

  • Fresh Coriander

  • Cooking Oil
  • Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Chaat Masala

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Mash boiled potatoes
  2. Add salt, turmeric, red paprika, cumin and coriander powder
  3. Add ginger garlic paste and chopped coriander
  4. Add few drops of cooking oil
  5. Mix well
  6. Mould potato mixture into disc-shaped burger patties
  7. In frying pan, add 1 spoon of cooking oil
  8. Fry burger patties till golden crispy brown on both sides
  9. Cook green peas in pressure cooker with salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger paste and fresh coriander, to make peas curry
  10. In a mixing bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander, salt, red chilli powder
  11. Mix well to make onion + tomato salad
  12. In a mixer or grinder, add fresh coriander, green chilli, salt, ginger paste and chat masala
  13. Grind well to make green chutney
  14. In a serving plate, add potato burger patty
  15. Spread peas curry and green chutney on top of potato patty
  16. Add onion + tomato salad
  17. Garnish with shev bhujia and fresh chopped coriander
