Ingredients:
- Boiled Potatoes
- Green Peas
- Onion
- Tomato
- Fresh Coriander
- Green Chilli
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Shev Bhujia (Namkeen)
- Cooking Oil
- Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Chaat Masala
Cooking Instructions:
- Mash boiled potatoes
- Add salt, turmeric, red paprika, cumin and coriander powder
- Add ginger garlic paste and chopped coriander
- Add few drops of cooking oil
- Mix well
- Mould potato mixture into disc-shaped burger patties
- In frying pan, add 1 spoon of cooking oil
- Fry burger patties till golden crispy brown on both sides
- Cook green peas in pressure cooker with salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, ginger paste and fresh coriander, to make peas curry
- In a mixing bowl, add chopped onions, tomatoes, fresh coriander, salt, red chilli powder
- Mix well to make onion + tomato salad
- In a mixer or grinder, add fresh coriander, green chilli, salt, ginger paste and chat masala
- Grind well to make green chutney
- In a serving plate, add potato burger patty
- Spread peas curry and green chutney on top of potato patty
- Add onion + tomato salad
- Garnish with shev bhujia and fresh chopped coriander
