Ingredients:
- Boneless Chicken
- Eggs
- Corn Starch
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Lemon Juice
- Cooking Oil
- Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut chicken into long slender finger-size pieces
- In a mixing bowl, add chicken pieces, 1 egg and 1-2 spoons of corn starch
- Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste
- Mix well
- Set chicken to marinate for 15-30 mins
- In a frying pan, add cooking oil
- Deep fry chicken in hot boiling oil till golden brown
- Make sure not to overcook chicken, to maintain soft, juicy texture
- Soak excess oil with tissue paper
- Serve hot chicken strips with tomato ketchup, mayonnaise or chilli / mustard sauce

- Cutting boneless chicken breast into long, slender, finger-size pieces
