Chicken Strips


  • Boneless Chicken
  • Eggs
  • Corn Starch
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Lemon Juice
  • Cooking Oil
  • Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Cut chicken into long slender finger-size pieces
  2. In a mixing bowl, add chicken pieces, 1 egg and 1-2 spoons of corn starch
  3. Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, lemon juice and ginger garlic paste
  4. Mix well
  5. Set chicken to marinate for 15-30 mins
  6. In a frying pan, add cooking oil
  7. Deep fry chicken in hot boiling oil till golden brown
  8. Make sure not to overcook chicken, to maintain soft, juicy texture
  9. Soak excess oil with tissue paper
  10. Serve hot chicken strips with tomato ketchup, mayonnaise or chilli / mustard sauce

Cooking Preparations:

  1. Cutting boneless chicken breast into long, slender, finger-size pieces

2. Marinate chicken

3. Frying marinated chicken fingers in hot boiling oil

4. Deep fry chicken till light golden brown
