Grilled Chicken

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Chicken (preferably boneless or legs)
  • Curd
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Curry Leaves
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Lemon Juice
  • Cooking Oil
  • Spices: Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Garam Masala, Turmeric

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add boneless chicken
  2. Add curd, lemon juice, fresh coriander, ginger garlic paste
  3. Add curry leaves for extra flavor
  4. Add spices: salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin & coriander powder, garam masala
  5. Mix well
  6. Marinate chicken for at least 2-3 hrs
  7. In grill pan, add cooking oil
  8. Add marinated chicken pieces
  9. Grill chicken on both sides till it’s properly cooked
  10. Serve with onion + tomato + cucumber salad
