Ingredients:
- Fresh Chicken (preferably boneless or legs)
- Curd
- Fresh Coriander
- Curry Leaves
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Lemon Juice
- Cooking Oil
- Spices: Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Garam Masala, Turmeric
Cooking Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add boneless chicken
- Add curd, lemon juice, fresh coriander, ginger garlic paste
- Add curry leaves for extra flavor
- Add spices: salt, black pepper, red chilli powder, turmeric, cumin & coriander powder, garam masala
- Mix well
- Marinate chicken for at least 2-3 hrs
- In grill pan, add cooking oil
- Add marinated chicken pieces
- Grill chicken on both sides till it’s properly cooked
- Serve with onion + tomato + cucumber salad
