Masala Papad


  • Roasted Papad or Khakra
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Cucumber
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Shev Bhujia or Namkeen
  • Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and fresh coriander
  2. Add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper
  3. Mix well to make onion + tomato salsa
  4. In a serving plate, lay out roasted papad or khakra
  5. Spread onion + tomato salsa evenly on top of papad or khakra
  6. Sprinkle with shev bhujia
