Ingredients:
- Roasted Papad or Khakra
- Onion
- Tomato
- Cucumber
- Fresh Coriander
- Shev Bhujia or Namkeen
- Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder
Cooking Instructions:
- In a mixing bowl, add chopped onion, tomato, cucumber and fresh coriander
- Add salt, red chilli powder and black pepper
- Mix well to make onion + tomato salsa
- In a serving plate, lay out roasted papad or khakra
- Spread onion + tomato salsa evenly on top of papad or khakra
- Sprinkle with shev bhujia
