• Dhokla Mix (Gram Flour)
  • Cooking Oil
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Green Chilli
  • Mustard Seeds
  • Curry Leaves
  • Ginger Paste

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a mixing bowl, add dhokla mix with water
  2. Blend well till the mixture becomes smooth and consistent
  3. Grease pan with cooking oil
  4. Add dhokla mixture and bake in steaming cooker for 5-10 mins
  5. In a frying pan, add 2 spoons of cooking oil to make tadka
  6. Add mustard seeds, curry leaves, ginger paste, chopped green chilli, and fresh coriander
  7. Add turmeric, and fry well until green chilli and curry leaves turn crispy brown
  8. Spread tadka evenly over baked dhokla
  9. Cut dhokla into small cubical pieces and serve with chutney or sauce
