Ingredients:
- Fresh Okra or Bhendi
- Fresh Coriander
- Curry Leaves
- Cooking Oil
- Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Garam Masala or Sabji Masala
Cooking Instructions:
- Cut Okra (Bhendi) vertically into long slender pieces.
- In a frying pan, add 1-2 spoons of cooking oil
- Add curry leaves, sliced okra and fresh coriander
- Add spices: salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder and garam masala or sabji masala
- Fry well till okra becomes soft and tender
- Serve hot
