Ingredients:
- Pizza Base (or Flat Bread)
- Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
- Onion
- Tomato
- Capsicum
- Cheese
- Marinara (Tomato + Basil) Sauce
- Cooking Oil
- Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder
Cooking Instructions:
- Dice vegetables: onions, tomatoes, capsicum
- In frying pan, add 1 spoon of cooking oil
- Add diced vegetables and paneer cubes
- Add spices: salt, red chilli powder and black pepper
- Stir fry lightly till vegetables turn tender
- Prepare pizza base by spreading a layer of marinara or tomato sauce
- Spread cheese evenly on pizza base
- Top up pizza with vegetables
- Bake pizza for 3-5 mins in pan or oven
