Paneer Pizza


  • Pizza Base (or Flat Bread)
  • Paneer (Cottage Cheese)
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Cheese
  • Marinara (Tomato + Basil) Sauce
  • Cooking Oil
  • Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Dice vegetables: onions, tomatoes, capsicum
  2. In frying pan, add 1 spoon of cooking oil
  3. Add diced vegetables and paneer cubes
  4. Add spices: salt, red chilli powder and black pepper
  5. Stir fry lightly till vegetables turn tender
  6. Prepare pizza base by spreading a layer of marinara or tomato sauce
  7. Spread cheese evenly on pizza base
  8. Top up pizza with vegetables
  9. Bake pizza for 3-5 mins in pan or oven
