Ingredients:
- Fresh Spinach or Palak
- Paneer or Cottage Cheese
- Onion
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Fresh Cream
- Fresh Coriander
- Cooking Oil or Butter
- Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder
Cooking Instructions:
- In a mixer or juicer, add fresh spinach leaves with 1/2 onion and some fresh cream
- Make spinach puree
- In a sauce pan, add cooking oil or butter
- Add chopped onions and paneer (cottage cheese)
- Add ginger garlic paste and fresh coriander
- Fry paneer and onions till golden brown
- Add spinach puree
- Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder for taste
- Add water and cream as necessary
- Mix well
- Cook spinach for 3-5 mins
