Chicken Kabab


  • Chicken (preferably Legs)
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Lemon Juice
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Cooking Oil
  • Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, black pepper, red chilli powder, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste and fresh coriander
  2. Cook chicken in pressure cooker with sufficient water
  3. In grill or frying pan, sprinkle some cooking oil
  4. Add chicken pieces
  5. Add spices for flavor
  6. Top up with lemon juice and fresh coriander
