Ingredients:
- Fresh Mutton (Lamb or Goat Meat)
- Onion
- Tomato
- Capsicum
- Fresh Coriander
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Lemon Juice
- Curd
- Cooking Oil
- Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Garam Masala, Cloves, Cardamom, Peppercorn
Cooking Instructions:
- In a mixer, make curry paste with 1/2 onion, 1/2 tomato, fresh coriander, 2-3 pieces of cloves, cardamom, peppercorns
- Marinate mutton with salt, turmeric, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, curry paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and 1-2 spoon of curd
- Cook mutton in pressure cooker with sufficient water
- In a frying pan, add cooking oil
- Add chopped onion, tomato and capsicum
- Add pieces of boiled mutton
- Add spices as per taste
- Mix well
- Garnish with lemon juice and fresh coriander
