Mutton Fry


  • Fresh Mutton (Lamb or Goat Meat)
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Lemon Juice
  • Curd
  • Cooking Oil
  • Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Garam Masala, Cloves, Cardamom, Peppercorn

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a mixer, make curry paste with 1/2 onion, 1/2 tomato, fresh coriander, 2-3 pieces of cloves, cardamom, peppercorns
  2. Marinate mutton with salt, turmeric, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, curry paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and 1-2 spoon of curd
  3. Cook mutton in pressure cooker with sufficient water
  4. In a frying pan, add cooking oil
  5. Add chopped onion, tomato and capsicum
  6. Add pieces of boiled mutton
  7. Add spices as per taste
  8. Mix well
  9. Garnish with lemon juice and fresh coriander
