Chicken Curry


  1. Chicken (preferable Boneless or Legs)
  2. Onion
  3. Tomato
  4. Fresh Coriander
  5. Ginger Garlic Paste
  6. Lemon Juice
  7. Cooking Oil
  8. Curd or Yogurt
  9. Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder or Paprika, Cumin (Jira) Powder, Coriander (Dhania) Powder, Garam Masala, Cashews, Cloves

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a mixer, make curry paste with Onions, Tomatoes, Peppercorns, Cloves, Cashews and Fresh Coriander
  2. Marinate chicken with salt, turmeric, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, curry paste, red chilli powder, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala and 2-3 spoons of curd or yogurt
  3. In sauce pan, add cooking oil
  4. Add marinated chicken
  5. Add sufficient water
  6. Add spices if necessary
  7. Cover with Lid and cook chicken for 15-20 mins
  8. Serve with plain or ghee rice

2. Curry Paste with Onion, Tomato, Ginger, Garlic, Fresh Coriander, Cashews and Cloves

3. Cook Chicken in Sauce Pan
