Ingredients:
- Pizza Base (or Flat Bread)
- Cheese
- Onion
- Tomato
- Capsicum
- Mushroom
- Marinara (Tomato + Basil) Sauce
- Cooking Oil
- Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder
Cooking Instructions:
- Dice fresh vegetables: onions, tomatoes, capsicum, mushrooms
- In a frying pan, add 1 spoon of cooking oil
- Add vegetables
- Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder for taste
- Stir fry for 2-3 mins until vegetables are slightly tender
- Prepare pizza base by spreading marinara or tomato sauce evenly
- Spread cheese on pizza
- Top up pizza with vegetables
- Cook in oven or pan for 5-10 mins
