Veg Pizza


  • Pizza Base (or Flat Bread)
  • Cheese
  • Onion
  • Tomato
  • Capsicum
  • Mushroom
  • Marinara (Tomato + Basil) Sauce
  • Cooking Oil
  • Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Red Chilli Powder

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Dice fresh vegetables: onions, tomatoes, capsicum, mushrooms
  2. In a frying pan, add 1 spoon of cooking oil
  3. Add vegetables
  4. Add salt, black pepper, red chilli powder for taste
  5. Stir fry for 2-3 mins until vegetables are slightly tender
  6. Prepare pizza base by spreading marinara or tomato sauce evenly
  7. Spread cheese on pizza
  8. Top up pizza with vegetables
  9. Cook in oven or pan for 5-10 mins
