Ingredients:
- Chicken
- Lemon
- Ginger
- Fresh Coriander
- Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper
- Optional: 1/2 Onion, 1/2 Tomato, 1-2 Garlic Cloves
Cooking Instructions:
- Put chicken in pressure cooker
- Add sufficient water to completely dip chicken and few cms above
- Add lemon, ginger, fresh coriander
- Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper
- For extra flavor, add 1 spoon of onion, tomato, garlic paste mixture
- Cook chicken in pressure cooker for ~10 mins
Tip: Don’t overcook chicken. Overcooked chicken develops rubber-like texture which is hard to chew.
