Chicken Soup


  • Chicken
  • Lemon
  • Ginger
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper
  • Optional: 1/2 Onion, 1/2 Tomato, 1-2 Garlic Cloves

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Put chicken in pressure cooker
  2. Add sufficient water to completely dip chicken and few cms above
  3. Add lemon, ginger, fresh coriander
  4. Add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper
  5. For extra flavor, add 1 spoon of onion, tomato, garlic paste mixture
  6. Cook chicken in pressure cooker for ~10 mins

Tip: Don’t overcook chicken. Overcooked chicken develops rubber-like texture which is hard to chew.
