Mushroom Fry

Ingredients:

  • Fresh Mushrooms
  • Onions
  • Tomato
  • Green Chilli
  • Curry Leaves
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Cooking Oil
  • Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Garam Masala

Cooking Instructions:

Step 1: Clean mushrooms to remove any dirt / soil

Step 2: Boil mushrooms in salt water

Step 3: In frying pan, add 1-2 table spoons of oil, then diced onions, tomato, green chilli, curry leaves, and ginger garlic paste

Step 4: Add boiled mushrooms, then salt, red chilli powder, black pepper, turmeric, garam masala and mix well

Step 5: Sauté vegetables for 5-7 mins until tender

Step 6: Garnish with fresh coriander
