Ingredients:
- Minced Chicken
- Pizza Base (or Flat Bread)
- Cheese
- Onion
- Capsicum
- Tomato
- Ginger Paste
- Fresh Coriander
- Lemon Juice
- Curry Leaves
- Green Chilli
- Cooking Oil
- Spices: Salt, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Black Pepper, Coriander (Dhania) Powder
Cooking Instructions:
- Slice onion, capsicum, tomato and green chilli
- In frying pan, add 1-2 spoons of cooking oil
- Add onions, tomato, capsicum, green chilli
- Add curry leaves and ginger paste
- Add minced chicken
- Add spices: salt, turmeric, red chilli powder, black pepper, coriander powder
- Add fresh coriander and lemon juice
- Mix well until kheema is properly cooked
- Prepare pizza base by spreading cheese evenly
- Add minced chicken on top of pizza
- Bake pizza for 5-7 mins
