Ingredients:
- Minced Chicken
- Green Peas
- Onion
- Tomato
- Ginger
- Fresh Coriander
- Bread
- Butter
- Cooking Oil
- Misc Spices: Salt, Red Paprika (Chilli Powder), Black Pepper
Cooking Instructions:
- In frying pan, add cooking oil, chopped onions, tomatoes and ginger
- Add minced chicken (kheema) and boiled peas
- Add salt, red paprika, black pepper
- Mix well
- Add butter and fresh coriander
- Serve with bread slices, or make kheema sandwich on sandwich grill
