Corn Soup


  • Sweet Corn or Baby Corn
  • 1/2 Onion
  • Ginger Garlic Paste
  • Fresh Coriander
  • Fresh Cream
  • Corn Starch
  • Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika

Cooking Instructions:

  1. In a mixer or juicer, add cut baby corn pieces
  2. Add 1/2 onion, fresh coriander, ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper
  3. Add fresh cream and water
  4. Grind well till the mixture is smooth and consistent
  5. In sauce pan, add water and corn starch
  6. Add 3-4 spoons of corn mixture
  7. Mix well
  8. Cook on low heat for 5-7 mins
  9. Add salt, black pepper, red paprika if necessary for extra flavor
  10. Serve hot
