Ingredients:
- Fresh Curd (Dahi)
- Gram Flour (Besan)
- Curry Leaves (Kadi Patta)
- Green Chilli (Mirchi)
- Cumin Seeds (Jira)
- Fresh Coriander (Cilanthro)
- Hing (Asafoetida)
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Salt & Turmeric
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: In mixing bowl, take fresh curd

Step 2: Add salt, turmeric, hing, ginger garlic paste as per taste
Step 3: Add 2-3 spoons of gram flour (approx 1/3rd or 1/4th proportion of curd)

Step 4: Mix well to remove any lumps

Step 5: Add freshly chopped coriander leaves
Step 6: Add water and mix well to make smooth slurry

Step 7: In frying pan, add 2 spoons of cooking oil, curry leaves, chopped green chilli, cumin seeds (jira) and mustard seeds

Step 8: Heat oil till mustard seeds start to pop
Step 9: Add curd slurry
Step 10: Stir well and heat for 1-2 mins till kadhi starts to boil
Step 11: Serve hot with ghee rice
