Ingredients:
- Fresh Mushroom
- Basmati Rice
- Vegetables: Onion, Tomato, Curry Leaves, Fresh Coriander (Cilantro)
- Spices: Salt, Black Pepper, Turmeric, Red Chilli Powder, Jira Powder (Cumin), Dhane Powder (Coriander), Garam Masala
- Ginger Garlic Paste
- Pure Ghee (Butter)
Cooking Instructions:
Step 1: Clean mushrooms to remove dirt
Step 2: In rice cooker, add basmati rice, clean cut mushrooms and sufficient water

Step 3: Add spices: salt, black pepper, turmeric, red chilli powder, dhane jire powder, garam masala
Step 4: Add chopped onions, tomatoes and fresh curry leaves
Step 5: Add ginger garlic paste
Step 6: Stir well and allow to cook for 10-15 mins

Step 7: Add 1-2 spoons of butter or pure ghee
Step 8: Once rice fully cooked, allow to set for 5-10 mins

Step 9: Serve in dish and garnish with freshly chopped coriander leaves (cilantro)
